Welcome to Cine AI! By downloading, accessing, or using Cine AI, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.

1. Use of the App

Cine AI provides movie and series recommendations using TMDB API data and XAI technology. No account creation is required, and usage is completely anonymous. Cine AI is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Data Accuracy

All movie and series data is retrieved from TMDB API. Errors or inconsistencies in the data are not the responsibility of Cine AI. Recommendations generated by XAI may occasionally include inaccuracies or unexpected results.

3. User Data

Cine AI does not collect or store personal data. All data generated during app usage remains local to your device. Upon deletion of the app, all user data is permanently erased.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the app or its AI functionality.
• Interfere with the app’s operation or security.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cine AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app, including inaccuracies in TMDB API data or XAI outputs.

6. Modifications and Termination

Cine AI reserves the right to modify or discontinue any features of the app at any time without notice. Violation of these terms may result in the termination of your app usage rights.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Turkey.
